Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple and lime are followed by some wet slate and delicate spice notes. Juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the scrumptious palate with some lime, infusions of fresh herbs and wet stone characters also present. Nicely textured it finishes dry with crisp acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.
