2020 Ring Bolt Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant and mulberry scents infused with bay leaf sail out of the glass and are further complexed by vanillin cedar, tobacco, faint black olive and spice notes. Medium bodied the palate features red to black currant and mulberry fruits over a graphite like spine of tannins. Dusty earth, cedary tobacco characters and spicy bay leaf ensue. Slightly dryish finish with lively acidity and an elegant conclusion.
