Produced with 15% whole bunch fruit. Semi translucent dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry and wild strawberry aromas laced with violet are intermeshed with forest floor, dried herb and spicy cedar notes. Very supple and smooth across the palate, delicious red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits flood the mouth complexed by gentle infusions of dried clove, forest floor and spicy cedar. Finishes with good freshness, velvety tannins and a very savoury aftertaste.
