Fermented with 100% whole bunch fruit and matured in old wood for 12 months. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant rose petal, red cherry and red currant aromas are intermeshed with Mediterranean herb, earth and faint new leather notes. The elegant mid weighted palate features red cherry and red currant fruit over earth, dried herbs and minerally crushed rock like elements. Bright acidity and muscular tannins lend crunch and grip to the mid length finish.
