Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Expressive nectarine and pear aromas are followed by hints of bees wax, lemon butter and gun flint. Light to medium weight flavours of nectarine, citrus and grapefruit have a vibrant feel underscored by infusions of gun flint and faint cashew. Finishes dry with fresh acidity leading into a brisk, elegant aftertaste.
