Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Lifted pear, red apple and citrus aromas lead the way with honeysuckle and spice tail notes. Nicely textured with a rounded feel yet nonetheless finishing with some zip, the palate sports a flavour profile of pear, red apple and light honeysuckle which is underscored by fresh lime zest and subtle spice characters. Dry crisp finish with a taut aftertaste.
