Translucent deep salmon red colour with a watery hue. Aromas of spicy citrus and blood orange are followed by slatey mineral notes. Tangy citrus, cranberry and blood orange fruits have a fruit tingle like feel with a wet stone and flinty mineral underbelly. Finishes dry and crisp with a crunchy fresh aftertaste.
