2020 Pipers Brook Estate Pinot Noir

Made from a selection of the best parcels of fruit across Piper’s Brook five Pinot Noir vineyards, with 10% whole bunch included in the ferment and maturation taking place in French oak barrels for 9 months.
Semi translucent bright red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Sailing out of the glass with terrific intensity are perfumed like violet, red cherry and red strawberry aromas which are complimented by forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Delicious red fruit flavours drive the elegant palate underpinned by refreshing acidity. Delicate infusions of forest floor, fresh herbs and spicy cedar ensue. Vibrant finish with silky tannins and a long vivid aftertaste. Winner of the Chairman’s Trophy at the Royal Hobart Wine Show 2021.
