Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Nosing releases aromas of grapefruit and citrus along with faint lemon butter and gun flint notes. Brimming with freshness and nicely concentrated the palate features a vibrant flavour profile of nectarine, citrus and subtle grapefruit over a flinty mineral background. Traces of biscuity oak are also apparent. Finishes dry with a lemony freshness and mineral laced aftertaste.
