Planted in 2001 with clone D8V12 on the western ridge block, whole-berry ferment and aged in seasoned French oak for 8 months. Characters of dark plum and cherry with abundant spice, cola, sarsaparilla, dried herbs and pressed flowers. Shows a kind of sweet-and-sour vibe with assertive, pixelated tannins and a finish that dips quickly. Drink 2021 - 2025.
