2020 Picollo Ernesto Rovereto Gavi

Made from Cortese grapes sourced from vineyards up to 80 years old. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime, pear and green apple aromas are followed by wet slate and fresh herb notes. Racy lime, pear and green apple fruits infused with fresh herbs are underpinned by flinty mineral characters. Dry zesty finish with crisp acidity and a tangy mouth watering aftertaste.
