Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense lemon, lime and orange rind scents jump out of the glass followed by talc and subtle flinty mineral notes. Mouth watering lemon and lime flavours drive the racy palate which is underpinned by crunchy acidity. Elements of orange rind, talc and steely mineral characters ensue. Long zesty aftertaste.
