2020 Patrick of Coonawarra Methode Cab Nouveau
Patrick of Coonawarra goes light, fresh red here. Two days on skins. Cabernet. Fun.
Crisp and dry, light and frisky red, sour cherry, red plum, Campari and a lick of lemony, tart acidity to finish that sticks out a bit of the sweeter-sour pleasing fruit characters. Very crunchy, tangy and drying. It’s a good vibe, but needs a chill, strongly.
