2020 Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

Deep dark red black tinged core with a dark red hue. Expressive dark to black cherry, anise and dark plum scents are followed by some earth, subtlety toasted cedar and spice. Amply weighted the palate is loaded with rich dark to black cherry, dark plum and anise flavours. Toasty cedar and earth characters linger underneath. Spicy finish with polished tannins and a generously fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
