2020 Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards Shiraz

Dense black as night heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced aromas of liquorice and black cherry meld into some smoked meat, spicy cedar and peppered earth notes. Rich and plush the palate is layered with black cherry, liquorice and blackberry fruits which overlay a smoky vanillin cedar, earth and peppered meat back drop. A sturdily built tannin structure lends some muscle to the mid length finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
