Extremely fresh with a hint of youthful funk (reduction), but that blows off quickly to reveal crisp pear and lime-zest aromas. Very clean, straight and bright with so much citrus and herbal character at the finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
