Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of herbaceous gooseberries, subtle passionfruit and lime intermingle with dusty pencil shavings and grassy asparagus notes. Openly textured the palate delivers an elegant flavour profile of herbaceous grassy characters, limes, pencil shavings and asparagus. Finishes dry and fresh with crunchy like acidity and a zippy medium length aftertaste.
