This luxurious yet refined Barossa Valley Shiraz from a highly respected producer is presented in a striking package with a generously sized bottle, featuring a wax seal and laser-etched label. Crafted from premium parcels of fruit sourced from the winery's Gomersal Vineyard, followed by a careful selection of the finest barrels, it typically retails for $59.99 but is now available for just $24.99 as Nick's Secret. It was matured in French oak puncheons and hogsheads, with 30% new oak.

A gorgeously polished Barossa Shiraz that combines richness and power with a refined opulence.

Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nostrils are immersed with enticing aromas of ripe dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and black cherry which are complimented by ensuing notes of vanillin oak, fennel and scorched earth. Boasting terrific richness, the expansive, full bodied palate is layered with blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which carry a plush feel. Concentrated and powerful yet not heavy handed, the back half sees the emergence of spicy vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth and peppered fennel characters. Finishes long and opulent with a polished refinement.
