Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a red to dark red hue. Elevated dark raspberry, red liquorice and ripe cherry scents have a fresh herb like overlay with some scorched earth and subtle peppered meat notes also evident. Delicious dark raspberry and ripe cherry fruits carry a feeling of succulence with some liquorice, scorched earth, dried meat and pepper characters adding further interest. Polished yet slightly chewy tannins finishing with good freshness and a long rich juicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
