2020 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. A combination of passionfruit and gooseberry scents greet the nostrils with some grapefruit, citrus and subtle herbaceous grassy notes also evident. Intense herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus flavours drive the palate over a herbaceous grassy character and asparagus backdrop. Dry zippy finish with crunchy acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
