Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense pear and red apple scents sail out of the glass followed by some lime, fresh herb and wet slate notes. Driving the delicious palate are pear, lime and red apple fruits which are underscored by wet stone and mineral characters. Slippery textural feel with a dry refreshing finish, crisp acidity and a long moreish aftertaste.
