Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus scents have a smoky gun flint like overlay with some light spice also evident. Crunchy citrus and gooseberry flavours overlay a back drop of gun flint and subtle grassy characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a zesty gooseberry and citrus driven aftertaste.
