Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. A mix of passionfruit and grapefruit scents greet the nostrils followed by some grassy asparagus like notes and subtle notions of flint. Refreshing herbaceous gooseberry and citrus flavours drive the palate backed by snappy acidity. Green apple and grassy asparagus characters chime in on the back half which flow onto a dry medium length finish.
