2020 Mountadam Five-Fifty Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Spicy red to black currant and black olive scents emerge from the glass followed by some cigar box and dusty earth notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is layered with rich blackcurrant fruit over a mulberry, cigar box, black olive and spicy dried herb background. Fine grained tannin structure with a spicy medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
