Brilliant pale straw almost water like colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and Jonathan apple mix with musk, a faint whiff of honeysuckle and light quince. Fresh and light across the palate, subtle pear, citrus and apple fruits have a delicate stony mineral back drop. Dry crisp finish with an elegant mid length aftertaste.
