Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. Pungent passionfruit and green apple scents leap from the glass followed by ripe gooseberry and subtle herbaceous grassy overtones. Zesty passionfruit and ripe gooseberry flavours race across the palate underpinned by some herbaceous characters and a delicate minerality. Crisp dry finish with a mouth watering aftertaste.
