2020 Mitchell Harris Chardonnay

Fruit was sourced from Ballarat and the Pyrenees with maturation taking place in a single French oak hogshead. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Grapefruit, nectarine and citrus aromas meld into subtle dried honey and spicy cashew notes. Vibrant in its feel the palate features fresh nectarine and citrus fruits over lemon butter and subtle bees wax. Finishes dry with a lemony freshness and a light elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
