Pitch black at its core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of black cherry and liquorice infused with black pepper mix with earthy graphite and black olive like notes. Rich blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits are tightly wound with earthy graphite and blackpepper characters lying underneath. A robust tannin structure gives the palate a firm grippy feel. Chewy medium length conclusion.
