2020 McGlashan Wallington Estate Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak for 12 months. Semi translucent light red colour with a delicate brick red tinged hue. Elevated rose petal, red cherry and strawberry scents mix with dried herbs and spices. Light cedar and forest floor notes also chime in. The palate makes a very supple entrance with red cherry, winter strawberry and subtle rhubarb flavours melding into forest floor, dried herb and spicy cedar characters. Silky smooth tannins with nicely balanced blood orange like acidity finishing long, savoury and gorgeously textured.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
