Matured in French oak for 12 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and dried honey are welded to notions of cashew, biscuity nougat and spice. Mid weighted and possessing a gentle creaminess to its texture, the palate is layered with nectarine, dried honey and cashew flavours. Biscuity nougat and spice characters the back drop. Finishes with a nicely balanced freshness and elegant well rounded aftertaste.
