2020 McArthur Ridge Southern Tor Pinot Noir

Dark red colour with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Smouldering aromatics of violets, dark to black cherry, anise and dark plum flood the olfactory senses with some toasty cedar, dried herb and spice notes also evident. Rich dark cherry and dark plum fruits show good flesh with some subtle anise, dried herb, earth and spicy cedar elements lying underneath. Finishes with good freshness, polished tannins and a savoury mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
