2020 Mader Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green lining the edges and a watery hue. Nosing releases aromas of ripe pear, red apple and honeysuckle which are trailed by notions of quince and a whiff of spice. Rich and lusciously textured the palate carries flavours or ripe pear, red apple and honeycomb with a back drop of spicy quince. Dry to off dry finish with cleansing acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
