A blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 15% Mourvedre. Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Elevated dark raspberry and red liquorice aromas are intertwined with provincial herb, scorched earth and peppered meat notes. The fresh mid weighted palate features red raspberry and red liquorice fruits over scorched earth and spicy pepper characters. Bright acidity with slightly chalky tannins and an elegant mid length aftertaste.
