Deep dark red black tinged colour with a vivid purple red hue. Perfumed violet led scents of sour cherry and winter strawberry meld into incense, fresh herb and subtle spicy earth notes. Light in body with crunchy red fruits layered over a back drop of earthy incense, fresh herb and spice characters. Lively acidity lends plenty of freshness with fine grained tannins and a bright savoury conclusion.
