Produced from Grenache grapes farmed, from a small village in the foothills of the Black Mountain in the Languedoc, South of France. Here the grapes benefit from the Mediterranean climate: South facing slopes, warm and dry weather, gravelly terroirs. Translucent salmon pink colour. Nosing reveals scents of raspberry, strawberry and spicy musk over stony notes. Delicious, supplely textured flavours of raspberry, strawberry and musk are backed by brisk acidity with some underlying stony characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a lengthy, lightly spiced aftertaste.
