Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach and dried honey mix with citrusy nougat and spice notes. Texturally full, the palate is richly flavoured with ripe peach and dried honey characters which sit over a background of toasty oak, nougat and spice. Finishes with a balanced freshness and a long creamed tinged aftertaste.
