Brilliant water like colour with the faintest tinge of green around the edges. Intense passionfruit, gooseberry and herbaceous grassy scents leap out of the glass with some subtle green apple and asparagus notes also evident. Bursting across the palate are mouth watering passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry flavours which are flanked by spicy lime, grassy asparagus characters and flinty mineral elements. Crisp acidity finishing dry with a zippy aftertaste.
