Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Elevated lime juice top notes are followed by granny smith apple, lemon, chalky talc and mineral notes. Very focused, lean and chalky in its feel the palate features a racy flavour profile of lime juice, crunchy green apple and lemon over a dry steely back drop. Precise laser like acidity with a tense chalky talc laced finish.
