Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Expressive aromas of pear, lime and red apple are followed by hints of honeysuckle, quince and minerals. Vibrant pear, lime and red apple fruits possess both vitality and a nicely rounded feel. Finishes dry with zingy mineral infused acidity, traces of quince and a brisk but lengthy aftertaste.
