Very light red wine, or maybe like a really structured rose, anyway, it’s seriously good and seriously delicious. A sheath of firm, ultra fine and fresh tannins is a big feature; cranberry and pomegranate tang with a splash of rooibos and rose hip tea the mainstay. You get the drift. Tart yet seriously structured, with those flavour profiles so very moreish, palate-resetting and beautiful. Lots of scrubby Mediterranean herbal detail here, light, saline mineral character too. And a firming, ultra long finish to this light, detailed wine. Yowsers. Strong, strong 2020 releases from Lamoresca’s pinker wines. Drink 2021 - 2025.
