Brilliant pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lime and citrus aromas mix with hints of granny smith apple, orange rind and traces of minerals. Intense lime and citrus fruits fill the mouth underscored by mouth watering acidity. Notions of green apple, orange rind and flinty minerals sit underneath. Dry crunchy finish with a long generously textured aftertaste.
