2020 Kofererhof Weingut Kerner DOC

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and green apple aromas infused with aromatic herbs intermix with oyster shell, crushed rock and mineral notes. Intensely flavoured and laser like in its focus the palate features lime, guava and green apple fruits over an oyster shell, green herb and saline mineral like back drop. Finishes very dry with electric acidity and a tense flinty yet highly invigorating aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
