Winemaker Kevin Mitchell has a talent for producing budget priced offerings that offer amazing value under the Kilikanoon Killerman’s Run label. This 2020 Riesling is no exception.
Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense lemon and lime scents jump out of the glass with orange rind, talc and subtle mineral notes in hot pursuit. Mouth watering lime and lemon flavours are terrifically concentrated and powerful. Orange rind, talc and steely mineral characters make an appearance on the back half. Dry crunchy finish with shimmering acidity and a very long, racy aftertaste. Scintillating value.
