Bright straw colour with pale gold tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe pear and honeysuckle aromas mix with some baked apple and cinnamon spice notes. Rich and textural in the mouth with fleshy ripe pear, baked apple and honeysuckle flavours overlaying a subtle Turkish delight and ginger spice back drop. Finishes dry with nicely balanced acidity and a long conclusion that has a generous feel to it.
