Dense pitch black heart with a very deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackberry, liquorice and choc mint aromas are intermixed with toasty vanillin oak, earth and spice. Rich and silky smooth the palate is overwhelmed with lashings of toasty vanillin oak. Notions of dark plum, liquorice, choc mint and spicy earth are also evident. Velvety yet sturdy tannin structure with a plush vanillin oak laden conclusion.
