2020 Irvine Spring Hill Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, green apple and lime are followed by some flinty notes. The palate opens fresh and crunchy with flavours of pear, green to red apple, subtle honeysuckle and flinty citrus characters. Rounds out on the mid palate finishing dry and vibrant with a nicely textured medium length aftertaste.
