2020 Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of red to black currant and mulberry infused with black olives are trailed by spicy cedar, tobacco and bay leaf notes. Rich red to black currant fruits are layered across the mid weighted palate with some mulberry, vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy black olive characters lingering underneath. A sturdy tannin structure lends firmness to the long bay leaf tinged finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A medium-bodied red with blackcurrant, blackberry, crushed stone and rosemary character. Creamy and polished tannins. Juicy and fresh. Lots of freshness and minty, dark fruit flavors at the end. Needs time to open. Try after 2025.
