Semi translucent bright dark ruby red colour with a light crimson hue. Aromas of red cherries, hints of violet and winter strawberries meld into forest floor and spice. Light and elegant, the palate is delicately flavoured with red cherries, winter strawberries, earthy forest floor and subtle spicy herbs. Almost crunchy like acidity finishing dry with fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
