Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. The nose offers up red apple, pear and lime scents with some honeysuckle and orange blossom also in the mix. Delicious pear, red apple and lime fruits are framed by bracing acidity with some light honeysuckle and flinty mineral characters ensuing. Dry crisp finish with a mineral laced aftertaste.
