Midnight black in colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, plum and cassis mix with vanillin oak and confectionary. Rich opulent dark raspberry, liquorice and cassis fruits are underpinned by a vein of lively acidity. Vanillin confectionary like characters and light pepper linger on the back half. Polished tannins with a succulent mid length aftertaste.
